The Ross Valley Fire Department is excited to introduce a new way to schedule fire inspections. All fire inspections will be requested through our online scheduling system and payment is required at time of booking. The self-serve scheduling website allows you to select the available day and time for your inspection. 

Click on the schedule an inspection image below and you will be routed to our online scheduler. By selecting an available appointment and completing a short form, you will be able to confirm your appointment in minutes and can reschedule and/or cancel appointments on your own. Inspection requests shall be made a minimum of 72 business hours prior to the inspection date.

Inspection Scheduling Calendar

The following are required for an inspection:

• Stamped and approved plans
• Job card
• Conditions of Approval Documents
• The permit applicant or their designated representative from the licensed contractor shall be present for all inspections.
• Failed inspections or failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a reinspection fee.
