Located at 150 Butterfield Road in San Anselmo, Fire Station 20's daily on-duty emergency response personnel consists of a Captain, an Engineer and a Firefighter-Paramedic. The station houses one first due Type 1 Fire Engine (structural firefighting) and Utility 20 which responds into the watershed and other trail calls as well as search and rescue. 

The Station was remodeled in 2025. After working out of a temporary facility, the Firefighters resumed operations out of the remodeled Station on February 2, 2026.
