Submission

- Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District, Marin County Building and Safety Division
- Payment is required when plans are dropped off.
- Plans for the Town of San Anselmo, the Town of Fairfax and the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District can be picked up at Ross Valley Fire Station 19 Monday-Thursday, during the counter hours of 9:00am through 12:00pm and 1:00pm through 5:00pm. Building permits for Ross are dispersed at Ross Town Hall.
- There is no over-the-counter review.
- 48 hour advanced notice is required for scheduling inspections. To schedule an inspection call the Fire Department at (415) 258-4673.
- Average turnaround time is 10 business days.
