The Ross Valley Fire Department does not transport patients; however depending on the ambulance billing received you can contact the Ross Valley Paramedic Authority, American Medical Response, or St. Joseph’s Ambulance service directly with questions regarding their invoice. The websites are:
The Ross Valley Fire Department handles complaints regarding fire code violations-- debris, grass, brush, etc. around properties. You can contact the Ross Valley Fire Department at 415-258-4673, 415-258-4674 or submit an online Hazard Complaint Form.
To report a vehicle abandoned on a public street or parked in a fire lane, contact your local police department or sheriff’s office.
To request an incident report, you can submit it in person at our headquarters station at 777 San Anselmo Ave. or via email at info@rossvalleyfire.org. Please send the request with the date and location of the incident, it usually takes approximately one week to send out. All requests must be in writing to the department.
