Are WUI products required for a remodel?

For properties that fall under the jurisdiction of San Anselmo and Fairfax, WUI products are not required by the WUI Code, but other exceptions may apply. For the Town of Ross, consult the Building Department to determine if your property is located in a hillside lot that would require WUI standards and products.
