Get Ready Ross Valley
A neighborhood disaster survival program created for San Anselmo, Fairfax and Sleepy Hollow.

Board Meetings

The Ross Valley Fire Board is comprised of six members; two members are from the San Anselmo Town Council, two members are from the Fairfax Town Council, and two members from the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District.

Monthly Fire Board meetings are held in at either the Fairfax Women's Club or at the San Anselmo Council Chambers.   Below are the Board Packets for the meetings.  There is a public packet available for viewing at the Ross Valley Fire Department, Fairfax Station, located at 10 Park Road, Fairfax.

The Board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m., as follows:
 
For the months of January, March, May, July, August and October, the meeting will be held at the San Anselmo Council Chambers.
 
For the months of February, April, June, September, November, and December, the meeting will be held at the Fairfax Women's Club.
 
The Board may, from time to time, cancel a meeting by announcing the cancellation of the meeting at a regular meeting.   The Board may also, with proper notice, call special meetings if the need arises.
